A motion to consider pausing new Axon plate reader purchases fails without a second.

Councilwoman Roney moved to pause buying new Axon license plate readers. She said they are part of an existing contract. The City Attorney said Council would first need to add it to the agenda, but her motion to do that got no second. Earlier, the City Manager said no fixed Axon plate readers will go up until the community has that talk.
