Council moves James Wornall to a regular Board of Adjustment seat until January 21, 2029.

Wornall moves up from an alternate seat to the regular seat left by Christopher Fundanish, who resigned. The term runs to January 21, 2026, then a full three-year term to January 21, 2029, or until a successor is named. Council will advertise again for the other regular seat, since Elliot Smith can't keep serving. City appointees must live in the City.
