Council voted to appoint Robert Mays to serve the unexpired term of John-Michael Henson, term to expire June 30, 2027, or until Robert Mays’ successor has been appointed; and (2) appoint Leslie Humphrey to serve the unexpired term of Clair Thomas, term to expire June 30, 2026, or until Leslie Humphrey’s successor has been appointed.
