Council reappointed Russell Thacher (licensed engineer), Rick Sluder (electrical contractor) and Garrett Twiss (journeyman) to each serve a three-year term, terms to expire June 30, 2027, or until their successors have been appointed; (2) appoint Travis Brooks (utility representative) to serve a three-year term, term to expire June 30, 2027, or until Travis Brooks’ successor has been appointed; and (3) appoint Willie Joe Moore III (layman) to serve a three-year term, term to expire June 30, 2027, or until Willie Joe Moore III’s successor has been appointed.
