Council voted to appoint Charles Crowell as a member of the Neighborhood Advisory Committee (28801 representative) to serve the unexpired term of Michael Fulbright, term to expire July 1, 2024, and then a full three-year term, term to expire July 1, 2027, or until Charles Crowell’s successor has been appointed.
