Elliott Smith gets another three-year term as a regular member. Chris Fundanish moves up from an alternate seat to a regular seat, also for three years, and both terms end January 21, 2026. Annette Wise, who applied for the opening, takes Chris Fundanish's alternate seat until January 21, 2024. The board's chair recommended all three.

Official title: Council reappointed Elliott Smith as a regular member of the Board of Adjustment, to serve a three-year term, term to expire January 21, 2026, or until Elliott Smith’s successor has been appointed; (2) appoint Chris Fundanish as a regular member of the Board of Adjustment, to serve a three-year term, term to expire January 21, 2026, or until Chris Fundanish’s successor has been appointed; and appoint Annette Wise as an alternate member, to fill the unexpired alternate term of Chris Fundanish, until January 21, 2024, or until Annette Wise’s successor has been appointed
