Council voted to appoint Rick Freeman as a member of the Homeless Initiative Advisory Committee, to serve the unexpired term of Randy Stoudt, and then a full three-year term, term to expire November 1, 2025, or until Rick Freeman’s successor has been appointed; and to readvertise for the other vacant seat in the hope of getting applicants with some experience in some of the HUD sectors currently missing from membership.
