Council voted to appoint Alma Adams and Christopher Boyd to each serve a two year term respectively, terms to expire June 1, 2024, or until their successors have been appointed; (2) reappoint Brandon Oliver and Harvey Dean Harold, terms to expire June 1, 2024, or until their successors have been appointed; and (3) readvertise for the other two vacant seats.
