Council voted to appoint Donald Shane Massey (electrical contractor) to serve a three-year term, term to expire July 1, 2024, or until Donald Shane Massey’s successor has been appointed; (2) reappoint Russell Thacher (licensed engineer) to serve an additional three-year term, term to expire July 1, 2024, or until Russell Thacher’s successor has been appointed; (3) reappoint Drew Pike (utility representative) and Roger Vaught (layman) to each serve a three-year term, terms to expire July 1, 2024, or until their successors have been appointed; and (4) readvertise for the journeyman electrician seat.
