Council reappointed James Carter as a member of the Asheville School Board to serve a four-year term, term to expire on April 1, 2025, or until his successor has been appointed; and (2) appoint Jacquelyn Carr McHargue and Peyton O’Conner as members to the Asheville School Board to each serve a four-year term respectively, terms to begin on April 1, 2021, and expire on April 1, 2025, or until their successors have been appointed.
