Council reappointed Darren Green (property/business owner) and Tim Schaller (property/business owner in the Riverfront) to each serve an additional three-year term respectfully, terms to expire January 1, 2023, or until their successors have been appointed; and (2) appoint Carleton Collins (at-large member) to serve a one-year term, term to expire January 1, 2021, or until his successor has been appointed.
